It's called a converta-com. It held a ruggedized Motorola
MX-300 series radio and provided a way to connect external power, mic,
speaker and antenna, while providing a amplifier for higher power out.

I gave up on this unit and tossed it into the garbage. I was not
able to get any informatino on it.
