Printing Problems

25 May 2007 - Tried to use IE to print a label w/postage and the sample printed fine, but the real label generated the following error message:

We encountered the following error while processing your label(s):

Error- We are sorry but an unexpected error has occurred during the checkout process. Please try again later.

Then after shutting down all programs running on the PC started Netscape 8.1 (which worked for registering) and tried again. They do have a nice feature where unprinted labels are saved in your shopping cart for 7 days. But got the same error message as above when running Netscape 8.1. So for now can not print a label at USPS.

Resistration Problems

This is my third error message when trying to register for the USPS Click-N-Ship online postage printing option. My call to web tech support said that I could not use my email address as the user name, i.e. the program would not accept it and tell me. But that's not what happened. I re did my registration using my email address and it was accepted (I have a hard copy of the screen dump) and the next page full of error codes.

This afternoon I really wanted to use the service to try it out and used an all letter user name and after getting to the confrim data page (I have a hard copy of this screen), after "continue" the following page of error messages appeared:
created 22 May 2007 [an error occurred while processing this directive]
